Refund & Exchange Policy – Fiza Fashion

At Fiza Fashion, we ensure premium quality and accurate product delivery. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange & Refund (Defect Cases Only)

We only offer an exchange or refund in the following situations:

  • If the product has any kind of defect
  • If the product received is different from what was shown

For any claim, an unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory. Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.

2. No Refund for “Not Liked” or “Change of Mind”

If the product delivered is the same as shown, but the customer doesn’t like it, then no refund or exchange will be provided.

3. Processing Time

Once the return parcel is received at our end, your refund or exchange order will be processed within 3–5 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items (unless there is a defect)
  • Any product without unboxing video proof

If there is a genuine defect, exchange/refund will be accepted even for sale items.
