Shipping Policy – Fiza Fashion

This policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within:

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–3 working days
  • Other cities and remote areas: 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partner and may vary due to weather, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free within Pakistan. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan and Direct Bank Transfer for customers who prefer to pay in advance. Payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready to make delivery smoother.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your parcel with our courier partner.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
