We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan and Direct Bank Transfer for customers who prefer to pay in advance. Full payment is due to our courier partner at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on our courier partner.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy. Please review it before placing an order, as an unboxing video is mandatory for any defect or wrong-item claim.
