How to Measure

Follow these simple steps to take accurate body measurements and choose the size that fits you best.

Before You Begin

  • Use a soft measuring tape.
  • Wear fitted clothing or light undergarments.
  • Stand naturally with your feet together.
  • Keep the tape snug but not tight.
  • Measure in inches.
  • If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.

1. Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, passing the tape under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Keep the tape level all the way around.

Tip: Stand naturally and avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
